Before entering The President’s Club, every participant completes Sandler Induction through the Sales Academy. This creates a shared foundation in the Sandler Selling System®, so the group can focus on advanced application rather than basic concepts.

How It Works

The President’s Club is built around ongoing reinforcement, accountability, and real-world application across a 12-month cycle. 

  • eLearning Preparation

    Self-paced eLearning focuses on a specific concept, theory, strategy, technique, behavior, or belief. It is designed to provide sufficient knowledge to understand the topic and to clarify how, when, and where it applies within the selling process.

  • Live Virtual Workshop

    Interactive, instructor-led workshops build the skills required to apply the concepts and techniques covered in the pre-work, using role-plays and small group activities. These sessions are designed to increase confidence and encourage participants to use the new strategies in their day-to-day selling activities.

  • Coaching Labs

    Coaching labs provide participants with a structured forum to apply new skills in practical, business-focused scenarios. These sessions concentrate on real-world sales situations and address the roadblocks, challenges, and concerns that can impact performance.

The President’s Club is not a quick, one-time training event. The 12‑month reinforcement program is designed to create lasting improvement in sales performance.

Over the course of a year, participants engage in:
